Basic Terms & Conditions for the collection of clinical waste

Basic Terms (other/more details will be presented with the contract.)

1. We provide any sharps boxes, clinical waste bags or containers the cost of which is already included in your quotation.
2. The process – enabling waste your collections:
3. There is a one-off £10 charge for contract/paperwork/administration.
4. Your payments need to be made via standing order (late payments will be subject to late payment fees).
5. Your service deposit is equal to a 3 month payment e.g.   if you pay £5 per month your deposit will be £15.
6. The contract is can be terminated with 3 months notice, early termination means that deposits are lost.
7. We can collect all your existing bags and / or sharps boxes on our first collection (sharps boxes must be CE standard)
